EIGHTH GRADE
1) REGISTRATION
FOR HIGH SCHOOL:
Huntington Beach High School will provide registration
information and on-campus testing for our eighth grade students.
They will notify us of any parent meetings, orientations, etc.
This is for all students who will be entering any of the
Huntington Beach high schools. H.C.S. will keep you
informed of these dates as we are notified by Huntington Beach
High School.
2) GRADUATION:
All of our eighth grade students are invited to participate in a
graduation ceremony to be located in the First Christian Church
auditorium.
STANFORD ACHIEVEMENT TEST
One very
important tool that our school uses as a guide to measure how
our students perform is the Stanford Achievement Test or S.A.T.
This is a standardized test used nationally by many public and
private schools. H.C.S is very proud of how our students
perform. H.C.S. tests students every April. Test results are
returned to parents in early June. Test results for the
2005-2006 school year are:
