THINGS TO KNOW:

SEE"S Candy Sale - Begins on Feb. 26 and will end on March 12.  This is a great place to get some Easter Candy for gifts. This is a great fundraiser that helps PTF raise funds to do various projects that help our school.  If you need more order forms you may pick them up in the office.

Youth Convention Sign-ups – The registration materials have been sent home Friday, Jan 8, 2010.   There is space for only 48 students to go.   Students will be accepted on a first come first served basis.   To be accepted students will need to have all paperwork and payment turned in to Mr. Funk.  At this point, there is only 1 spot left.  The cost is $80 per student.  The dates of the trip are March 19-20, 2010.   If you need more information, please contact Mr. Funk. 

GNOME: This is our after school help time.   The schedule is posted in Room 20.   This service is for students to get a jump on their homework or get some extra help on those concepts that they may struggle with.   This program is free of charge and runs on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.

COSTA RICA MISSION'S TRIP: We currently have a team of 37 staff and Middle School students going to Costa Rica this summer on a mission's trip.  Thank you to many of you have supported this effort both financially and with prayer.  Please continue to pray for our team as we plan and train for this ministry.  If you would like more information about this opportunity, please contact  Mr. Funk at wfunk@hcsonline.org or stop by and chat.
