Tuition

10 Monthly Payments
August through May

The first tuition payment is due by August 1st. Thereafter, tuition payments are payable on the first day of each month. The final payment must be in the office before May 15th. There is no refund for absences due to illness or other causes.

** 4th, 5th, 6th, and 7th grade included an additional charge of $350 for: 4th grade - Sacramento, 5th - TBA, 6th grade - nature camp, and 7th grade - Catalina.

Late Charge
Accounts not paid by noon on the 15th of the month or by noon the last day that school is in session, prior to the 15th of the month, will be assesses a late charge of $30. No student shall be permitted to attend class if their account is not up-to-date by noon on the last day of each month.

Application Fee
(New students only)
The Application Fee is $25 and is due at the time you submit the application. This is not refundable.

Registration – Annual
The Registration Fee of $325 covers the cost of the Association of Christian Schools International student membership, standardized testing, curriculum, yearbook, office costs, and a school shirt. This fee is due upon approval of enrollment and is non refundable.

Activity Fee – Annual
The Activity Fee of $60 is due prior to the first day of school, and is refundable.

Scrip
At this time Bethany does not require the purchase of Scrip. However, it is strongly encouraged. The school receives a percentage of scrip purchased.

Bethany Wearables
You are encouraged to purchase Bethany shirts and sweatshirts.

Extended Day Care Program
This program is available each school day offering well-supervised playground and game activity, plus quiet and a study time. Prior reservations are not needed. Charges will be reflected on each child’s tuition account in the month following day care use.

Rate
Day care charges are $3 per hour. Day care charges are calculated in 30 minute increments.

Time
Day care hours are from 6:30am to 8:00am and 3:30 to 6:00pm. After 6:00pm there is a charge of $15 per 15 minutes, or any portion thereof. This will be billed to your account.

Please keep in mind that the fees charges by the school do not represent the actual cost of the student’s education. Much of the capital cost has been assumed by Bethany Church. The School Council reserves the right to adjust any fees announced in this bulletin.
